Steelers continue to assemble a track team in the WR corps following signing of Super Bowl champion
Matt Pendleton-USA TODAY Sports

They say speed kills in the NFL.

And while the Pittsburgh Steelers continue to make moves that show they want to be a run first team, a landscape of the WR corps shows how athletic the unit is.

That only continues with their latest addition, as per Adam Schefter of ESPN, the team has signed Scotty Miller:

The Steelers clearly went for a type this offseason when it comes to veteran WRs in the free agent market.

Not only did they sign names like Van Jefferson and Scotty Miller who played under new OC Arthur Smith in ATL, but they along with Quez Watkins have all either played in or won Super Bowls.

Speed and pedigree is never a bad way to build a room of WRs, but the team is going to need to add a more proven producer if they are going to truly strike fear into teams from the perimeter.
